KRA returns, SHA registration, HELB, good conduct, job applications — almost everything is now done on a portal. For many people, that means confusing forms, failed uploads and long trips to a cyber café.
Cyber Kenya started as a place to get those tasks done properly. Over time we grew to help small businesses too: registering their business, designing their logo, building their website and setting up the tools they use every day.
Today we serve students, job seekers, parents, small business owners and growing companies across Kenya — online, through WhatsApp.
How we got here

It started with the queue
People were losing whole days trying to file a KRA return or register for SHA — confusing portals, failed uploads, long trips to a cyber café.

Then the documents
CVs, cover letters, business profiles. Good people were missing opportunities because of how a document looked.

Then the businesses
Small businesses asked for logos, websites and help selling online. So we learned to do that properly too.

Dismus started Cyber Kenya after watching too many people struggle with things that should be simple — a KRA return that kept rejecting, a SHA registration nobody could explain, a CV that cost someone a job interview.
His idea was straightforward: give people one dependable place to get digital work done, without the confusion, the guesswork or the long queues. Do it right, explain it clearly and keep the customer informed.
That rule still runs the business today. Every service, every document and every website that leaves Cyber Kenya carries it.
