Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility

Eligible Applicants Include:

• KCSE Graduates:
  Applicants must have completed the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a minimum mean grade of D (Plain). Some courses may require specific subject grades.

• Non-KCSE Applicants:
  Applicants with artisan or craft certificates may also qualify, depending on the institution and course level.

Step 2: Visit the KUCCPS Portal

To begin your application:

1. Open your browser and visit the official KUCCPS website: www.kuccps.net

2. Click on Student’s Portal

3. Log in using:

   • Username: KCSE Index Number

   • Password: KCPE Index Password

👉 First-time users may be required to use their Birth Certificate Number or KCPE Index Number as the initial password.
