Refund Policy
We agree the work and the fee with you before we start, so you know what you are paying for.
1. Before work starts
If you change your mind before we start, tell us on WhatsApp and we will discuss your payment.
2. Work in progress or not finished
If a job cannot be finished, talk to us. We look at what was done and agree the next step with you.
3. Completed work
Once a job is done and delivered, our assistance fee covers the work already completed.
4. Official government fees
Fees paid to a government agency or official portal go to that agency, not to Cyber Kenya. Any refund of those fees follows the agency's own rules.
5. Canva Pro
If your Canva Pro activation does not work after payment, contact us on WhatsApp 0713 181 110 and we will help.
