These terms explain how Cyber Kenya works with you. By asking us to do a job, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Cyber Kenya is an independent service provider. We help people and businesses with online government services, business registration, documents, design, websites and training. We are not a government office and do not act for any government agency.
2. Agreeing a job
Tell us what you need on WhatsApp, phone or email. Before we start, we confirm what we will do and our assistance fee. Work starts once you agree.
3. Fees
Our assistance fee is separate from any official government fee. Official fees are set by the agency and are shown or explained separately. Prices on this site marked "From" are starting prices; the exact fee is confirmed before work begins.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give true, complete and current information
- Send the documents the task needs
- Check the details we confirm with you
- Keep your own passwords and verification codes private — we will never ask for them
5. Official processes
Many services depend on official portals and agencies. Their systems, rules, waiting times and decisions are outside our control.
6. Communication
We mainly communicate through WhatsApp on 0713 181 110. Please reply to our questions so we can finish your work.
7. Refunds

8. Changes
