Portal says your file is too large? Here's what to do
How to shrink photos and PDFs to fit eCitizen, KUCCPS and job portal limits.
Many portals limit uploads to 1MB or 2MB. Phone photos are often 3–5MB.
- 1If it's a photo, use our free Image Compressor and set quality to about 70%.
- 2If you need a PDF, use Image to PDF after compressing the photo.
- 3If you have several pages, use PDF Merger to combine them into one file.
- 4Check the final size before uploading.
Tip: Scan documents in good light, flat on a table. Clear scans compress better.
