Common eCitizen problems and how to fix them
Can't log in, no OTP, payment not showing? Quick fixes for the usual issues.

Not receiving the OTP
- Confirm the phone number on your account is the one in your hand
- Wait a minute before asking for a new code
- Check SMS isn't blocked or full
Payment made but service still 'pending'
- Payments can take time to reflect
- Keep the M-Pesa code
- Use the invoice number when contacting support
Locked out of your account
Use Forgot Password. If your number changed, you may need to update it through the account recovery process.
Tip: Always log in on the official ecitizen.go.ke site. Fake sites copy the look.
