Forgot your KRA PIN? How to recover it
Find your PIN, reset your iTax password, or update the email linked to your account.

Prefer to do it yourself? Follow the guide below.
If you just need the PIN number
- Check old payslips, bank forms or your PIN certificate email
- Use KRA's PIN checker on the iTax site
- Use KRA's phone services listed on kra.go.ke
If you can't log in
- 1On iTax, click Forgot Password.
- 2Enter your PIN and solve the security question.
- 3A reset link goes to your registered email.
Tip: No access to the old email? You'll need KRA to update it. Visit a KRA service office or contact KRA with your ID.
