A review request is simple, but missing details are the main reason people get stuck. Get these ready first.
Checklist
- National ID (original or clear photo)
- The phone line you registered SHA with, working and in your name
- Your current SHA monthly amount
- List of household members and their ages
- Honest household income estimate
- Spouse's ID and children's birth certificate numbers, if they're on your account
Before you submit
- Make sure no one else has already submitted a request for you
- Have airtime or data so the session doesn't drop
- Write down every answer you give
Tip: If your line is not in your name, update that first. Many SHA steps send a code to the registered number.
