How to update your SHA phone number
Lost your old line? Here's how to get your new number linked to SHA so you can log in and receive codes.

SHA uses your registered phone number for codes, messages and *147# access. If you changed lines, you need to update it before you can do much else.
What you need
- National ID
- The new phone line, registered in your name
- The old number, if you remember it
Ways to update
- Through the official SHA portal, if you can still log in
- At an SHA office or Huduma Centre with your ID
- Through SHA's official customer care channels
Tip: If the old line is still active, you may be able to do it yourself. If it's lost, expect to verify your identity with SHA.
