Hospitals check if your SHA is active before they treat you. It helps to confirm your payments are recorded before you need them.
Ways to check
- Dial *147# and pick the option to check your status
- Log in to the SHA portal and open your contributions
- Keep your M-Pesa messages for every payment
If a payment is missing
- 1Find the M-Pesa message for that payment.
- 2Confirm you used the right Paybill and account (your ID number).
- 3Take the message to an SHA office or send it to us to follow up.
